01About the site

This is the Valkyrie online store in the State of Kuwait. It serves customers within Kuwait only.

02Products and images

We take care to describe products and their specs accurately, as supplied by the manufacturer. Some product images are illustrative technical renders, and the actual look or colour may differ slightly. Please read the quick start guide and warnings in each product file before use.

03Prices

• All prices are in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD).
• Some products are offered at a special price for a limited quantity; once it sells out, the original price shown struck through next to it applies.
• We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you confirm your order is the one that applies.

04Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel an order if the product sells out or there is an obvious error in price or details; in that case the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.

05Payment

Payment is made online using the methods shown at checkout, through the Tap Payments gateway. We do not store your card details.

06Delivery

We deliver within the State of Kuwait only, to the address you enter at checkout. Any delivery fee is shown before you pay, and our team contacts you to arrange the handover. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.

07Returns and exchanges

Within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

08Responsible use

Use each product for its intended purpose and according to its guide and warnings. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by ignoring the instructions.

09Intellectual property

All site content — text, logo, renders and design — belongs to Valkyrie and may not be copied or used without permission.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
